About this Pattern
Skill Level: Beginner / Intermediate.
Skills Needed: Basic knitting skills, plus increases (m1r, m1l, kfb, kfbf), decreases (ssk, k2tog).
Finished Size: Length: 24 in. / 60 cm, head diameter 5.5 in. / 14 cm.

Yarn: MC - Infinite Twist Helix, 450yards / 135 g, CC - Infinite Twist Helix, 200 y /
/ 67 g.
Yarn is held double on all of Opal’s parts except for the eyelids, which are knitted with a single strand of yarn.
Needles:
U.S. size 6/4.0 mm DPNs, 2 sets, 10 needles total, or any size yielding gauge.
U.S. size 0/2.0mm DPNs, or short straight needles for eyelids
Gauge: 19 sts and 29 rows over 4 inches / 10 cm in stockinette stitch.
Notions
4.5 yards wool roving for tentacle stuffing.
5 oz. / 150 g poly stuffing for body stuffing.
Two (2) 1 inch / 24 mm plastic safety eyes.
Stitch markers, 2 (different colors recommended).
Yarn needle.
